Customers with season tickets who decide not to travel due to the strike action, can claim compensation through the Delay Repay scheme.

If you have already purchased a ticket, but decide not to travel, a refund can be claimed at the point of purchase.

Passengers can use their rail ticket on Arriva North East bus services to make the journey they would have by rail.
